	Felix Tented Camps is the number one film production brand in luxury tented camping~ our reputation has been built project by project; the yardstick being the amount of repeat business that the company receives. Felix Tented Camps is part of the Felix Group of companies, and was founded in 1996. The company is privately owned and managed by the people who built the brand and grew it organically year by year. More often than not we are involved in strategic planning with the production company right from the outset of the project. Felix Unite Tented Camps has a close relationship with The Felix Unite Group, and we can draw on the expertise and logistics of the broader organization - whether it is for transport, catering, location scouting or logistical support. Read more about our Affiliations Felix Unite River Adventures pioneered most of the commercial run rivers in Southern Africa. This required ongoing client care, logistical support, catering, accommodation, and most importantly, innovation in the most trying of conditions. This operation currently takes about 7000 people down the various rivers a year. The budding local industry approached Felix Unite increasingly to handle logistics on away shoots, and finally, in 1997, Felix Unite built its first tented camp for Filmworks Africa in Sutherland for 40 crew members.
